| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear. Credit card, postal order and building society cheques do not require a clearance period. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. | Shipping And Handling For orders of £30 or over P&P is free. For orders up to £9.99 there is a £1.99 shipping fee, orders from £10 to £29.99 attract a £2.99 shipping fee. Orders which are returned to us because they have not been collected will be re-delivered subject to an additional delivery charge regardless of whether the original order had free postage or not. If re-delivery is not required, post and packing costs will be deducted from any refunds made. We will only ship goods within the UK to the registered cardholders address. All items are dispatched in plain packaging which is securely sealed. All deliveries are sent recorded delivery. Larger orders may be sent special delivery at no additional cost. We do not send out items without requiring a signature. If you have special delivery instructions please let us know as there may be additional costs involved. We ALWAYS check your name and address details with the credit card company and also with places like 192.com to reduce fraudulent transactions. | Returns Policy IMPORTANT: For reasons of hygiene, adult toys, creams, underwear and some other items are non-refundable once the sealed packaging has been opened. We are unable to refund, exchange or credit any items that have had the hygienic seals broken or have been tampered with. If a product has been opened and is found to be faulty it can be replaced only if it has never been used intimately. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any unused product purchased from us, we will accept returns (subject to the above). You must do this within 8 working days of receiving your order and you should follow these guidelines. 1. Fill in the returns form RETURNS and wait for us to process this and send you a returns number 2. Place the item(s) in the original (undamaged) packaging. 3. You must include the original despatch note and include the reason for returning your goods, ie. damaged, faulty, the wrong size, or that you simply changed your mind. 4. You must also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you. We cannot provide you with a refund unless you include the original despatch note. 5. Please send the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY (or registered if the value of the goods are over £30) to Dept SPS, PO Box 652, Warrington, Cheshire, WA5 8YZ. This address is also printed on the despatch note. 6. Refunds will only be made against the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase 7. Postage costs will not be refunded We cannot make refunds for products if the packaging is missing or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us which are lost in transit. Packages recieved without a valid returns number will not be processed. We cannot accept any garments that have been worn or washed for return or exchange unless they are faulty or defective in some way. If you have any questions about the conditions under which we can accept your return, please e-mail us to clarify our policy. Video's and DVD's can only be returned if there is a fault with them in which case they will be replaced with the same title. We reserver the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making.
